Why Discord?
Discord provides a great resource for community discussion, with sections dedicated to support, requesting invites, reporting bugs, feature requests and more.
Once you are registered you will see the clinicGraph icon in your list of available communities. Clicking in the icon will take you to our community server.
Clicking on any of the discussion groups in the column on the left side of the screen will bring up the related message panel.
It is important to note that the conversations on this server are visible to all members. Do not disclose any private information when leaving comments. Conversations requiring the disclosure of sensitive information will be handled on a more secure channel.
Request a consultation
We are currently in Private registration mode only, which means the Discord channel is the only way to request an account for now. Leave us a message here and you will be contacted by a member of our team. We are happy to discuss your project needs and provide you with access to logins and passwords for our various demo accounts.
Support
If you are having any trouble at all with your clinicGraph account, leave us a message here. When explaining your issue, please be as descriptive as possible without disclosing your account information. We will respond promptly and request more information if necessary.
Feature request
Our goal with clinicGraph is to provide a set of tools to help you visualize and present your early trial data. That being said, your ideas are important to us. If there is a feature you would like us to add to the clinicGraph toolset, we are listening.
Leave a description of your feature request here and start the discussion. Please feel free to comment on other users suggestions. The more members who champion an idea, the more likely it is to be added to our roadmap.
Bug reporting
There are many lines of code and countless hours that have gone into bringing clinicGraph to launch. While we strive to bring you an error free experience, there may be issues that crop up occasionally. In the event that you run into a bug, please report it here and be as descriptive as possible.
We will investigate all bugs that are reported through this channel and communicate further with you if necessary.
Other channels
Aside from the above channels that are used for requests and reporting, there are a number fo channels set up for updates from the clinicGraph team. We will use these channels to provide information about major code releases, new features, media and marketing materials and more!
Check these channels regularly for the latest and greatest from clinicGraph and welcome to the team!
